Our jerseys are made to order. Processing and transit are separate stages.

Estimated Timing

• United States: orders normally ship within 1–3 calendar days after purchase. Standard tracked delivery is estimated at 7–14 calendar days from the order date, including processing and transit.
• Other supported destinations: allow 3–6 business days for production and processing, followed by an additional 8–20 business days in transit after dispatch; approximately 11–26 business days in total.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier or customs delays can affect delivery.

Shipping Charges and Destinations

Available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout for your address. Do not assume that every destination or an express service is available. Taxes or import charges, where applicable, are governed by the amounts and information shown at checkout and local requirements.

Delays and Order Questions

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will contact you with the revised timing and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund. Contact support@halofootball.com with your order number for help with dispatch, tracking or a missing parcel.

Please check your address before completing checkout. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
